HAS FRAMBOISE VIOLATED THE CODE OF HONOR?
A. NO. Professor Smith knew the
students were discussing the paper, so Framboise did not violate the
Code of Honor.
Incorrect. Not only did
Professor Smith tell the students that each paper must be the student's
own (and therefore not considered a shared paper), the Student Guide on page 5
specifically requires citation of ideas that derived from student
discussion.
