Peter Wicks completed his doctoral studies at the University of Notre Dame in 2010. Peter works primarily on issues in ethical theory and political philosophy. His Ph.D. dissertation, Everything Is What It Is: Ethical Theory and the Language of Judgment, claims that contemporary ethical theory has failed to deal adequately with the rich variety of the moral concepts that we employ when making moral judgments. Peter co-taught Morality and Modernity with David Solomon from 2006 until 2010.
