This page describes the chronology of MATH 10250, Elements of Calculus I. It also provides links to the activity worksheets and lists the homework assignments.

## Using the course schedule

The course schedule gives the chronology of the course as taught by Prof. Alex Himonas at the University of Notre Dame in Fall 2008.  The Section column refers to the sections in the course textbook.  The Topic column indicates what material is covered in the corresponding section.  Some topics include links to interactive applets.  These applets allow students or instructors to interactively explore the course.  These applets were developed independent of this course so occasionally their sequence does not agree with the course schedule.  The Calculus Applets page shows the applets in the chronology intended by their authors.  The Activity column provides links to the in-class activity worksheets that Prof. Himonas uses in his classes.  The Notes/Homework column indicates which homework problems from the textbook are assigned, or - if no homework is assigned - what other events are approaching such as exams.
