Capture the window (press ALT-PrintScreen) [Mac: Cmd-Shift-3]
Launch PhotoShop
Windows: Create a new document (press CTRL-N) and paste the clipboard (press CTRL-V)
Mac: Open the capture file on your desktop (named "Picture 1" or something similar)
Select the crop tool (press C)
Drag a box around the square that contains your image,
then
fine-tune by dragging the tiny boxes at the corners of the selected area.
Double-click inside the selection to crop
[If you need to undo and try again, press CTRL-Z]
On the File menu, select "Save as," then on the "Save as type" dropdown menu select "JPEG"
Name the file, save it
