Mini-Lecture
Assignment: Hour 2
- In a new FLA file, create a drawing in object draw mode that includes at least five of the following:
- straight line with no caps
- rough pencil line
- line painted with a diagonal brush
- smooth line with fancy curves (pen)
- styled text
- three aligned circles filled with different colors
- skewed rectangle
- Submit the FLA file
- Keep copies of ALL of your completed work!
In-Class Exercise: Blog Setup
- Create an account at www.blogger.com
- Edit your profile
You may want to choose NOT to share your profile, name, or e-mail - Create a blog
a. Choose a template [you can easily change it later]
b. Edit the settings - click "Save Settings" before opening a new tab!
Basic - Add blog to our listings - choose "No" for more privacy
Comments - Who can comment - Only members - Post your blog
- Paragraph introducing yourself
- Poem read in the class
- Explanatory paragraph
- Optional: Flickr, a photo-sharing site with over 14 million images, is friendly to Blogger blogs. You can attach an image to your profile or associate one with a post. Use other people's photos or create a Flickr account and post your own.
