Oral Presentation Guidelines

At least once during this course, each student must lead the class in discussion about a specific reading assignment. As discussion group leaders, your primary function is to facilitate animated discussion in class centered around questions you think are important to engage. Each assigned discussant should come to class with at least two questions or comments to get things rolling.  You should avoid summarizing the articles, but when you pose a question/articulate a comment, explain briefly why you think this question/comment needs to be posed.  Please follow this schedule as outlined here.  Your role as discussion facilitators counts toward your overall grade (individually) for regular class attendance and participation.
